IMPORTANT SAFETY ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE INSPECTION

Dear Residents,

We would like to inform you about an important safety measure that has recently been emphasized by public authorities due to the increasing number of electrical accidents, injuries, and even fatalities reported across the country.

In line with new safety recommendations, it will now be mandatory for a certified electrical engineer to inspect the complex’s main electrical panel and infrastructure at least once a year. The primary purpose of this measure is to protect the health and safety of all residents, employees, and visitors on the premises by minimizing the risk of electric shocks, fires, and other electrical hazards.

With this goal in mind, the Board members, in collaboration with our consulting company, has appointed a qualified electrical engineer to conduct the first inspection. This professional has recently visited our complex and carried out a comprehensive assessment of the entire electrical infrastructure.

Following the inspection, a detailed report has been prepared. The report outlines the current status of the system and highlights areas that require attention or improvement. You can find the report attached to this announcement and also uploaded on the management website under the “Completed Actions” section.

As a next step, the boardwill be collecting offers from contractors in order to carry out the necessary upgrades and repairs as identified in the report. Once proposals are reviewed and evaluated, you will be informed about the selected contractor and the projected timelines.

We kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding, as this initiative is a critical investment in the long-term safety and well-being of everyone living in our community.

For any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact.

Thank you for your attention and support.

Dear Residents

As you know, the monthly communal fee for Uygun Cleopatra 2 complex is determined in Euros (EUR), and payments must be made directly to the site’s Euro account or paid in cash at the consultancy company office.
However, we have recently observed that some owners are making their payments in Turkish Lira (TRY), or even converting from Euro to TRY before sending. Please note that such payments may result in financial losses due to exchange rate differences.
We would like to remind you that any TRY payments sent to the complex account are converted into Euros based on the exchange rate on the day the payment is received. This can lead to a shortfall in your payment amount and the remaining balance will be reflected as outstanding debt on your account.
To avoid such situations, we kindly request that all communal fee payments be made in Euros and sent directly to the complex’s Euro account or paid in cash at the consultancy company office.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Best regards,
Uygun Cleopatra 2 Board Members
